For years FilmLAB has been a springboard for Asian talent in the Netherlands. CinemAsia wants to improve the representation of Asian(Dutch) by offering them a platform to showcase their films, arts and skills and to become a rolemodel for the next generation. With FilmLAB Dutch Filmtalent with an Asian (cultural) background get the opportunity to translate their story to the cinema screen, whether it's fiction or documentary. For talents FilmLAB is an accelerator, FilmLAB tries to help their makers to gain access to and through the film and media industry.
